Days of Blaze: Day 4: Ketchup and Mustard

Today was the fourth day of Days of Blaze. I wore some red, wool, high-waisted pants with a yellow t shirt and this new blazer my sister got me sometime last week. It has a lot of sequince ans glitter fabric on it and I think it's really cute. I wore it with some owl earrings and my oxfords that hurt my feet whenever I wear them. haha. Days of Blaze: Day 3

Today, I woke up a lot later than I was supposed to. I was rushed and I didn't have time to come up with an outfit. I went for a simple look today. My sister got me this blazer a few days ago and I really like it. It has 2 different shades of hound's tooth in it and the shades change on the back. One side is a lighter shade than the other. I LOVE it. I decided to wear it today so my outfit wouldn't be too simple. I wore the blazer with a tan/camel shirt and my jeans with my oxfords. This man at the YMCA shines shoes and my oxfords need some shining so I might bring some money to school one day so I can getmy shoes shined while I workout. I like that idea. Today, my sister came to my school to eat lunch with me. I was so surprised because I didn't know she was coming to my school, she told me she had a dentist appointment. She looked great, too. Everyone looked at her and knew she was my sister or something like that, just by the way she looked and dressed. We dress the same way. They haven't seen anything like that accept for me, but they hadn't seen anything like that that they hadn't seen before. They haven't seen my sister before today and they just knew, you could tell. Days of Blaze: Day 2

So, as you all know, my sister, Broke Fatshion, and I are doing a weekly thing called Days of Blaze where we wear a different blazer everyday of the week for one week and create different looks with each way we wear our blazers. Today is day two and I wore my white shorts that I got from Urban Outfitters with a sheer button down blouse that my sister got from Goodwill for me. I wore some black tights with it and my black boots that I got from Urban Outfitters. I wore this really cute blazer that I got from some thrift store a long time ago and this is the first time wearing this particular blazer and I loved it. I don't nkow what to call the designs on it, but I just think they are so cute. But today was a great day for me. I went to work out with my friend Rachel and that was great. The only downside of the day was that I was terribly tired all day today. I couldn't take 1 and a half hours of class today. I just couldn't take it. I had to get out of it. Days of Blaze: Day 1

So, I started this thing that I'm going to try to do at least twice a year. I wear different outfits with different blazers everyday for a week. Seven whole days in a row and they can't just be jeans and a blazer, they have to be somewhat different. I came up woth this because I was just think about how many blazers I have and buy, and how many I DONT wear or haven't worn yet. This is my chance to finally wear them all... Well not all of them, but some of them. Today, I wore a thrifted black velvet blazer with my TSTA space t shirt and my black and white polka-dot bodycon skirt with some purple tights and my oxfords. Of course I wore my arm party that I've been obsessed with since I got the bracelets. I toally forgot about any earrings today, but what the hay!? Who cares??? I told my sister about it since she will be starting graduate school in a few days. She's going to school to be a project manager of green buildings. So proud of her right now. But yeah... Here are some pics of what I wore today. Also, I went to the YMCA today with my friend Rachel. We both are in track and it's starting next week on tuesday and I don't want to get caught with my pants down. I want to be prepared for track this year. We have a meeting tomorrow and as soon as we get out of that meeting, I'm going straight to the YMCA to do some running and then lifting. :) But here are the pics. These shoes killed my feet today.

I know they don't look like it, but these tights are definitely purple. :)
